Reservation Information: Please complete the form below. Tables are set for 8. If you know with whom you wish to be seated, please list them below. Seating arrangements will be made when payment is received. Reservations are limited and must be received by March 9, 2009. All dinner tickets will be held for pick-up at the entrance of the event on the night of the Dinner Dance. Any questions please contact St. Charles Academy at 619-223-8271.
